After 10 minutes of play, Timbora's Breno Fernandez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Mandrak was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Timbora getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Edgard Terra hit a great ball. Jefferson Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Vitório Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timbora's Gernando da Rocha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Timbora from getting a goal against them. If Breno Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Timbora's Edgard Terra got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gernando da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir Diniz in the 34th minute of play. Rodrigo Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jaime Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodrigo Mineiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Timbora's Laércio Mello got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some careless play in the Cães Bravos FC defense, Breno Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Mandrak. The Cães Bravos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Mandrak should have stopped the shot. In the 61st minute, Jefferson Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Breno Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Jaime Mandrak made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Cães Bravos FC's goalkeeper Jaime Mandrak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Breno Fernandez. In the 74th match minute, Timbora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Mello to maneuver through the defense. Ademir Diniz struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Gernando da Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cães Bravos FC. Breno Fernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaime Mandrak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Fellipe Matorin might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gernando da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fellipe Matorin ran back to his position shaking his head. Jefferson Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ademir Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Timbora walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
