Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Edmílson Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio Valle having to interfere. Tromba's Horácio Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Domingues in the 11th minute of play. Conrado Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Horácio Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Conrado Domingues, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Horácio Valle was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Conrado Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Tromba's Armando Pires ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafinha Massa. Rafinha Massa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Edmílson Borges notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tromba's Horácio Valle. Horácio Valle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ademar Mendonça fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 41st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Vágner Brodel might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafinha Massa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vágner Brodel ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Armando Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tromba's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Pires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafinha Massa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Pires to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Tromba's Horácio Valle got control of the ball when Edmílson Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conrado Domingues struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Horácio Valle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fábrica de Gols. In the 55th minute, Armando Pires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrado Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Armando Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edmílson Borges who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Horácio Valle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 73 minutes of play, Tromba's Armando Pires made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafinha Massa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafinha Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner Brodel, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Armando Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fábrica de Gols's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Pires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Vágner Brodel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Vágner Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Tromba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vágner Brodel couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd match minute, Fábrica de Gols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Maia to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes, Armando Pires mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tromba and the Fábrica de Gols players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Fábrica de Gols booed when Tromba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tromba's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
