In the 8th minute, Yuri de Azevedo made a precise shot to the right of Antônio Carlos Cunha. S.E.Freitanos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Duas horas f.c's Paskal Gurbista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antônio Carlos Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 17 played minutes Duas horas f.c got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Gaúcho. Orlando Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, S.E.Freitanos's Alexsandro de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basílio Miranda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, S.E.Freitanos's goal looked a bit too open when César Fernandes came free, but Antônio Carlos Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Marcel Gaúcho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antônio Carlos Cunha skillfully saved the ball. Orlando Munhoz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Basílio Miranda made a huge save. André Luiz Antunes hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Antônio Carlos Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yuri de Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute of the match Angelino Mendiko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antônio Carlos Cunha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half Duas horas f.c were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuri de Azevedo to make the kick off. Adriano Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Yuri de Azevedo in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Antônio Carlos Cunha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If César Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duas horas f.c's César Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yuri de Azevedo in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antônio Carlos Cunha saved S.E.Freitanos from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Duas horas f.c's César Fernandes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antônio Carlos Cunha. That made the score 0-3 after 60 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Yuri de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Duas horas f.c's supporters rose to their feet, but Yuri de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antônio Carlos Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Duas horas f.c fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Duas horas f.c's Yuri de Azevedo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yuri de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Antônio Carlos Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuri de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Carlos Cunha having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Duas horas f.c's Yuri de Azevedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Orlando Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Basílio Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Duas horas f.c could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than S.E.Freitanos throughout the match.
