Wilson Vaz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Tingua's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Ivo Favoretto put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelinho Dante. Tiago Gabriel Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernão Chaves's late challenge caught a Tingua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernão Chaves helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Wilson Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cambuca were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
