Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valdo Brito started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Horácio Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Faustino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute Júlio Koehler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Pontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nelson Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Koehler in the 20th minute of the match. Taboquinho's Alessandro Guimarães got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Horácio Souto came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Atlético Acre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horácio Souto couldn't finish the play. After 25 minutes, Horácio Souto made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Taboquinho's Valdomiro Faustino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Júlio Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Pontes having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafa de Moraes during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Atlético Acre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa de Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Júlio Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Pontes having to interfere. Allan Berger charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allan Berger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atlético Acre's Allan Berger got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Júlio Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taboquinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Koehler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valdo Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alessandro Guimarães could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Nelson Pontes made a huge save.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júlio Koehler to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Brito in the 52nd minute of play forced Taboquinho's goalkeeper Valdomiro Faustino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelson Pontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Koehler's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Júlio Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Pontes having to interfere. Nelson Pontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessandro Guimarães went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Horácio Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Faustino having to interfere. Taboquinho were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Atlético Acre's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joaquim Rezende took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Joaquim Rezende got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nelson Pontes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alessandro Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Nelson Pontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Koehler in the 83rd minute of play forced Atlético Acre's goalkeeper Nelson Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Taboquinho's Júlio Koehler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson Pontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 91st minute of the match Bernardinho Madureira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelson Pontes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 92 played minutes Atlético Acre got a freekick which was hit by Rafa de Moraes. In the 93rd minute of the match Joaquim Rezende sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelson Pontes skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Koehler in the 95th minute of play forced Atlético Acre's goalkeeper Nelson Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
