If Róbson do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Róbson do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Róbson do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Macahe SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Róbson do Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Pena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Massa got free with Eliseu Pena in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Murilo Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Róbson do Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Silva charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Silva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vanzera F. C.'s Erasmo Silva got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Frederico Saraiva fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macahe SS's protests and gave Frederico Saraiva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Frederico Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodoro Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Neiva in the 67th minute of the match. When Flávio Arantes came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Vanzera F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flávio Arantes couldn't finish the play. Murilo Massa kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Rubinho Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Teodoro Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Macahe SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Neiva came free, but Teodoro Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Macahe SS booed when Vanzera F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Conrado Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Macahe SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Azevedo couldn't finish the play. In the 89th match minute, Vanzera F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Neto made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Rubinho Barros sent off a good shot on target. Conrado Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Pena having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Macahe SS fully deserved thier win.
