The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rubinho Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Olavo Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio de Amaral in the 53rd minute of the match. Duda Zanette got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 56th minute, Duda Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrício Guedes charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabrício Guedes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes Caracarai EC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Gustavo Sena. 82 minutes into the match, Caracarai EC's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho Garcia came free, but Rodriguinho Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emerson Couto during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Rubinho Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st match minute, Caracarai EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Couto to maneuver through the defense. Rodriguinho Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubinho Garcia in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Camapuan FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
