Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) RAJH FC's Percival de Sena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho Favoretto in the 3rd minute of play forced RAJH FC's goalkeeper Vicente Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Luisinho Favoretto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vicente Medeiros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, RAJH FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo de Azevedo came free, but Vicente Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Luisinho Favoretto made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Medeiros. RAJH FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luisinho Favoretto scored 0-3 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Medeiros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 minutes of play, RAJH FC's Elano Lago made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Válter Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! RAJH FC's Vicente Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Favoretto in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Percival de Sena in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Válter Cosme saved Espumoso SC from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, Jerônimo de Azevedo notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of RAJH FC's Vicente Medeiros. Vicente Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 2-4 became the score in the 43rd minute when Elano Lago elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jerônimo de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Medeiros having to interfere.

The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Donatello Fernandez put in a rough tackle. 52 minutes into the game, one of RAJH FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Espumoso SC. Renato Costa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vicente Medeiros. 2-5. After 59 played minutes Luisinho Favoretto rounded RAJH FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-6. A collision led to RAJH FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Thiago Pimenta hit a great ball. Luisinho Favoretto struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Vicente Medeiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espumoso SC. Percival de Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Válter Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, RAJH FC's Antônio de Carvalho made it 3-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Válter Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Espumoso SC's zone, Antônio de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Válter Cosme came out of the goal and Antônio de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute Percival de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Válter Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Antônio de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antônio de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Percival de Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Válter Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Espumoso SC's Agostinho Baptista shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vicente Medeiros but with some difficulty. Vicente Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Favoretto in the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Espumoso SC's zone, Antônio de Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Válter Cosme came out of the goal and Antônio de Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, RAJH FC's Vicente Medeiros got control of the ball when Jerônimo de Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Percival de Sena in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Válter Cosme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Espumoso SC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over RAJH FC's much stronger midfield.
