The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eusébio Castro made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Xavier in the 2nd minute of play forced Old School Trip's goalkeeper Norberto Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Castro in the 3rd minute of play forced Manso's goalkeeper Mazinho Loyola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th match minute, Old School Trip was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Fantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th play minute Eusébio Castro came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mazinho Loyola. 1-0. Mazinho Loyola was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eusébio Castro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. Old School Trip's Norberto Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paulo Quirino in the 14th minute of play. In the 38th minute Matías Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberto Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Celsinho Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old School Trip's supporters rose to their feet, but Celsinho Prata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Old School Trip's Eusébio Castro in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manso's goalie prevented a goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Old School Trip were victorious despite being under pressure from Manso for much of the match.
