If Serafim Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benê de Almeidas short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Zé Roberto Meira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tarcisio Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iuri Mendes having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Lavagem SC's goal looked a bit too open when Tarcisio Ferraz came free, but Iuri Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iuri Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarcisio Ferraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Itamarandyba EC's Zé Roberto Meira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Itamarandyba EC from getting a goal against them. Itamarandyba EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafim Passos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Itamarandyba EC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Aníbal Moreira hit a great ball. Zé Roberto Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benê de Almeida in the 97th minute of play. Itamarandyba EC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Lavagem SC to leave the ground with a draw.
