Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rui Abraão got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Chavantes SS booed when Nascimento FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agnaldo Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Rui Abraão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rui Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gilberto Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilmar Quadros took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Paranaense. Patrick Paranaense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Chavantes SS's Rui Abraão got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Chavantes SS's goalkeeper Patrick Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rui Abraão was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuri Viana to make the kick off. Gilberto Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Walmir Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Gilmar Quadros struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Patrick Paranaense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nascimento FC. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nascimento FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
