Anselmo Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Real Parque FC's Diego Barbosa got a free kick in the 48th minute. In the 50th minute, João Paulo Messias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Luís Fábio Vidal made the kick off in the second half. Real Parque FC's Anselmo Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Hermínio Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute Gilvan Barreto suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Fábio Vidal during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Real Parque FC made a substitution. José Carlos de Carvalho replaced Gilvan Barreto. João Paulo Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Kochanowicz in the 95th minute of the match. João Paulo Corrêa was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Anselmo Mineiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anselmo Mineiro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Real Parque FC played a much better game than Toroqua SC and deserved their victory. The Toroqua SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
