Fabiano Paes came out of the goal and Sandro Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind New York Red's goalkeeper Fabiano Paes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Gizynski was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Gugu Falcão in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Caluc's Ciccio Panno. Armandinho Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Paes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in New York Red's zone, Armandinho Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Paes came out of the goal and Armandinho Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Gizynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Paes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armandinho Cearense in the 87th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Caluc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
