Ronaldinho Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Super Campeões FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Róbson Munhoz in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldinho Vergílio saved Azevedo EC from getting behind. After the first half Super Campeões FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 60th minute Gilson Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
