An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Carlos Fernando Andrade got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lúcio Carrasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Toledo in the 10th minute of the match. Petri Casquete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Natanael Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, TENEBROSO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armindo Moura to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Carrasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Geraldo Toledo's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Petri Casquete took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Natanael Neto to make any attempt to save it. Lúcio Carrasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geraldo Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Maguari FC booed when TENEBROSO F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudinei Pernambucano during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Fernando Andrade got free with Natanael Neto in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Petri Casquete took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natanael Neto. Natanael Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Natanael Neto was a little too slow when Petri Casquete got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Maguari FC's zone, Petri Casquete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natanael Neto came out of the goal and Petri Casquete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petri Casquete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Natanael Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Ricardo Prata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maguari FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TENEBROSO F.C the free kick. A collision led to Maguari FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ricardo Prata hit a great ball. Petri Casquete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Neto having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, TENEBROSO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Andrade to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the TENEBROSO F.C defense, Geraldo Toledo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lúcio Carrasco. The TENEBROSO F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lúcio Carrasco should have stopped the shot.

53 minutes into the match, Maguari FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Fernando Andrade came free, but Natanael Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maguari FC's Natanael Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petri Casquete in the 54th minute of play. Petri Casquete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Neto having to interfere. A collision led to Maguari FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Nildo Maranhense hit a great ball. Carlos Fernando Andrade struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Luís Fabiano Gonçalves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petri Casquete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Neto having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Petri Casquete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natanael Neto was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Carlos Fernando Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Fernando Andrade in the 76th minute of play forced Maguari FC's goalkeeper Natanael Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Fernando Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Natanael Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Petri Casquete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 played minutes Maguari FC got a freekick which was hit by Nildo Maranhense. 89 minutes into the match, TENEBROSO F.C's Carlos Fernando Andrade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Natanael Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Carlos Fernando Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, TENEBROSO F.C's Dionisio Fiz got a free kick in the 95th minute. Lúcio Carrasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geraldo Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the TENEBROSO F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
