Spectators: 6641 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when César Travassos took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Evaristo Vides dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Arósio, 1-0. After 6 played minutes Brinco got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Pitta. Sílvio Luís Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mané Tasso's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. The supporters of Virados FC booed when Brinco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telmo Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Virados FC's goalkeeper Bruno Arósio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugênio Costa. The supporters of Brinco booed when Virados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Telmo Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Vides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bruno Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Vides blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Arósio having to make a save. Olavo Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Evaristo Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Virados FC's Bruno Arósio got control of the ball when Eugênio Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Evaristo Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brinco's Sílvio Luís Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Tasso in the 41st minute of play. Evaristo Vides's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Arósio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Eugênio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Bruno Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Evaristo Vides made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Arósio came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Brinco's Evaristo Vides. But to his dismay, Evaristo Vides quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Bruno Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Vides in the 57th minute of play. If Mané Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eugênio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deivid Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Arósio having to interfere. Bernardo Donatello's late challenge caught a Brinco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Donatello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, Brinco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Vides to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugênio Costa in the 82nd minute of play. César Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virados FC's Bruno Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugênio Costa in the 89th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Eugênio Costa made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Arósio. Virados FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.
