Vasco Sempre FC's Nuno Bertassi got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albertinho Falcão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuno Bertassi's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Albertinho Falcão came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Vasco Sempre FC's Romeu de Queirós. But to his dismay, Romeu de Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. José Carlos Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vasco Sempre FC's Nuno Bertassi in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuno Bertassi was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Batatais FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel de Medeiros came free, but Albertinho Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Batatais FC defense, José Carlos Sampaio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albertinho Falcão. The Batatais FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albertinho Falcão should have stopped the shot. Albertinho Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Bertassi in the 59th minute of the match. Nuno Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Albertinho Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Batatais FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Perez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 89 minutes, Nuno Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vasco Sempre FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuno Bertassi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Carlos Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Albertinho Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Batatais FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vasco Sempre FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
