The tension between the Sport Club Galátikus and the Quarador SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vito de Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Perez having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Quarador SC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fábio Tande came free, but Olívio Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luís Fábio Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olívio Moreno made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Juan Antunes sent off a good shot on target. Rafinha Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Sampaio in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Sport Club Galátikus's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Sampaio came free, but Anselmo Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sport Club Galátikus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Quarador SC were winning 1-2.

Anselmo Perez stood somewhat misplaced when Vito de Queiroz came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 52 minute.
