Kaká Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Capão Redondo FC! In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Irara. Luizão Vidal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Severino de Alcântara. 2-1.

Severino de Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute of the match, José Furtado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Severino de Alcântara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 68 played minutes Capão Redondo FC got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Dias. Oséias Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyan Kirichkov in the 77th minute of play. If Boyan Kirichkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Boyan Kirichkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Cearense in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Manoel Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Capão Redondo FC booed when Irara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fernando Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capão Redondo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
