Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eugênio Alagoano got the match started through his kick off. Victor Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Cauan Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4thth minute of the game Eugênio Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cangalhas's Benedito Koehler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute of the match Benjamin Leão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cauan Amaral skillfully saved the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Victor Fernandes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauan Amaral. Taguatinga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Fernandes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Benjamin Senna's late challenge caught a Taguatinga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Senna helped the player get up and apologised. Benjamin Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Toninho Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cauan Amaral was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. A collision led to Taguatinga getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Cipriano Eger hit a great ball. The supporters of Taguatinga booed when Cangalhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cauan Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toninho Silva in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Eugênio Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taguatinga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Toninho Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toninho Silva in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauan Amaral saved Taguatinga from getting behind. Cauan Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Agnaldo Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cauan Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Fernandes in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Cangalhas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eugênio Alagoano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Cangalhas's André Coutinho got a free kick in the 69th minute. 2-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Toninho Silva elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Taguatinga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Valadares to maneuver through the defense. When Toninho Silva came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Cangalhas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toninho Silva couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Toninho Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Taguatinga's Cipriano Eger got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Cauan Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Senna in the 95th minute of play. Taguatinga's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
