After 83 minutes of play, Yuriduarte's Luisinho Baptista made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Josué Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Alberto Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Negri in the 90th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Campo de Marte eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
