Cássio Lima did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Willian Moura 14 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Bode FC's Alexsandro Custódio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tostão Moura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kauan Salles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Tostão Moura made a huge save. Dieguinho Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Bode FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Sena. If Dieguinho Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, Bode FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Lima came free, but Willian Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willian Moura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cássio Lima's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. João Pedro Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Bode FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
