If Fred Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Butineiros's zone, Raimundo Hames stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidney Matorin came out of the goal and Raimundo Hames tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Butineiros's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Raimundo Hames 91 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. In the 100th minute, Raimundo Hames reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sidney Matorin. The goal made the score 0-8. Cascata FC played a much better game than Butineiros and deserved their victory. The Butineiros players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
