Carlos Eduardo Porto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Hermes went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Marco Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Eduardo Porto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. After 21 played minutes Massangana got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Senna. 24 minutes into the match, Marco Marinho notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Massangana's Carlos Eduardo Porto. Carlos Eduardo Porto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Germano Tavares charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Germano Tavares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 39 minutes, Christian Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vitória da Conquista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Massangana getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ciro Batista hit a great ball. Marquinhos Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Porto having to interfere. Carlos Eduardo Porto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Hermes went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The Massangana players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vitória da Conquista were winning 0-5.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Hermes was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Christian Hermes notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Massangana's Carlos Eduardo Porto. Marquinhos Souza hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vitória da Conquista's zone, Ciro Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Guerra came out of the goal and Ciro Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Vitória da Conquista's Marco Marinho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Eduardo Porto. Carlos Eduardo Porto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Marquinhos Souza got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Carlos Eduardo Porto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Hermes in the 85th minute. Marco Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Porto having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kauã Souto during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kauã Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Vitória da Conquista's Carlos Eduardo Porto threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marquinhos Souza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
