In the 26th match minute, Sook FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armandinho Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. Walmyr Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ediberto Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Genílson Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 33 played minutes Temiminós S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Silva. 35 minutes into the match, Temiminós S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto Fantini came free, but Walmyr Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ediberto Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Belmiro de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the game, Sook FC's Genílson Barral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walmyr Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Germano França made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, one of Temiminós S.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Temiminós S.C.. Genílson Barral scored 0-3 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walmyr Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Temiminós S.C.'s Walmyr Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto Fantini in the 60th minute of play. Hélio Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 67 minutes, Germano França made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Sook FC's 任震康 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Sook FC booed when Temiminós S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélio Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genílson Barral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Walmyr Varela made a huge save. When Germano França came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Temiminós S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Germano França couldn't finish the play. Genílson Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Walmyr Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Germano França managed to get in a good position for a shot. Temiminós S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Germano França was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 任震康 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genílson Barral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walmyr Varela having to make a save. Ediberto Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Temiminós S.C.'s goalkeeper Walmyr Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genílson Barral. In the 92nd minute Ediberto Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Temiminós S.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sook FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Sook FC.
