Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd match minute, Macao EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria Loyola to maneuver through the defense. After 5 played minutes Macao EC got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Vander. Toledos's Ivo Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Toledo in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, José Maria Loyola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Toledos booed when Macao EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aluísio Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Macao EC's zone, Dito Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ediberto Alves came out of the goal and Dito Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Macao EC! Dito Reis walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 17th minute, Rafinha Guedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute Jean Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Macao EC! Macao EC:s Ediberto Alves showed great skill when he stopped Dito Reis:s penalty. Rafinha Guedes might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ediberto Alves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafinha Guedes ran back to his position shaking his head. Ediberto Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Macao EC booed when Toledos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinei Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafinha Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Rafinha Guedes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toledos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Toledos's Rafinha Guedes got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jean Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafinha Guedes to make the kick off. Jean Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Rafinha Guedes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ediberto Alves having to make a save. Ediberto Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafinha Guedes in the 60th minute of play. Toledos were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Macao EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dito Reis took the corner. Toledos's Dito Reis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ediberto Alves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rafinha Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafinha Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Rafinha Guedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macao EC's Ediberto Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ediberto Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafinha Guedes's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafinha Guedes in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ediberto Alves saved Macao EC from getting behind. In the 90th minute, Rafinha Guedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Eduardo Leal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toledos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. There was no doubt that Toledos were the better team. Toledos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
