Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Silvinho Branco took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Miramar's William Maranhense got control of the ball when Samuca Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Samuca Fantini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but William Maranhense was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Urbano got free with William Maranhense in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Alfredinho Madureira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miramar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredinho Madureira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuca Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Samuca Fantini managed to get in a good position for a shot. BAR 100 LONA's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuca Fantini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Maranhense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuca Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvinho Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeu de Mendonça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Silvinho Branco made a precise shot to the right of Amadeu de Mendonça. BAR 100 LONA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Samuca Fantini put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of William Maranhense. 43 minutes into the match, Miramar's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão de Brito came free, but William Maranhense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Miramar getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Arthur Rocha hit a great ball. Samuca Fantini might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over William Maranhense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuca Fantini ran back to his position shaking his head. William Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

William Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Fantini in the 52nd minute of the match. William Maranhense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Fantini's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Gilberto Couto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, one of BAR 100 LONA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BAR 100 LONA. William Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizão de Brito in the 63rd minute of play. Alfredo Urbano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Miramar getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Douglas Cavalcante hit a great ball. William Maranhense came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by BAR 100 LONA's Alfredo Urbano. But to his dismay, Alfredo Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Miramar's Alfredinho Madureira got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ademir de Brito hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 88thth minute of the game Alfredo Urbano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miramar's William Maranhense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chiquinho de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Maranhense having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Amadeu de Mendonça successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. BAR 100 LONA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
