Richard Couto hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Covanca's Tiaguinho Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egídio de Toledo in the 29th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Egídio de Toledo made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Covanca's Tiaguinho Matos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egídio de Toledo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Matos saved Covanca from getting behind. Tiaguinho Matos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Egídio de Toledo's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egídio de Toledo in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiaguinho Matos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Clemente Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 played minutes Covanca got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Vergílio. In the 66th minute, Egídio de Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Planura AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 70th minute, Renato Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egídio de Toledo had several of the Covanca's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Tiaguinho Matos as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Renato Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Egídio de Toledo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiaguinho Matos. That made the score 0-9 in the 81 minute of play. In the 85th minute Egídio de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Prata in the 86th minute of play forced Covanca's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Tiaguinho Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Planura AD's Egídio de Toledo in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Covanca's goalie prevented a goal. Egídio de Toledo in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tiaguinho Matos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egídio de Toledo got free with Tiaguinho Matos in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Planura AD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Covanca.
