An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Quadros in the 39th minute of play forced Curicica EC's goalkeeper Edgard Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curicica EC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Paulistano FC to leave the ground with a draw.
