Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Vitório Gonçalves started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 minutes, Nando Peres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pantera Futebol Clube and the Resfriado SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Egídio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Denílson Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabrício Gaspar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Karlo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Fabrício Gaspar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arturo Karlo came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabrício Gaspar slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. Egídio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24thth minute of the game Egídio Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resfriado SS's Denílson Matorin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Egídio Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denílson Matorin was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Denílson Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Fabrício Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Karlo having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Egídio Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Denílson Matorin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egídio Costa to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Resfriado SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Miranda to maneuver through the defense. Nando Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Wilson Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Egídio Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denílson Matorin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After a rather tough play, Pantera Futebol Clube's Joel de Carvalho got a free kick in the 81st minute. Nando Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denílson Matorin having to interfere. A hard shot 88 in the game by Egídio Costa from a close distance when the talented Denílson Matorin managed to make a qualified save. Resfriado SS's players were relieved. If João Carlos Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Pantera Futebol Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Resfriado SS.
