Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Matheus da Mata got the match started through his kick off. Diego Simão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Roberto Coelho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Zé Roberto Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus da Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ramiro Freitas struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Tião Souto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapitanga FC. A collision led to Itapitanga FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jorge Oliveira hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flávio Britto during the 27th minute. Botashow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itapitanga FC the free kick. Tião Souto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Celso Carvalho. Botashow's Tião Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Freitas in the 42nd minute of play. Juninho Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Zé Roberto Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes Diego Simão shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Zé Roberto Coelho when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Duarte to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Itapitanga FC's Percival Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tião Souto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Eriberto Ribeiro fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 77th minute, Ramiro Freitas made a precise shot to the right of Tião Souto. Botashow's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. A hard shot 85 in the game by Matheus da Mata from a close distance when the talented Zé Roberto Coelho managed to make a qualified save. Itapitanga FC's players were relieved. Zé Roberto Coelho came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Botashow's Matheus da Mata. But to his dismay, Matheus da Mata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Gerson Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Tião Souto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
