The crowd rose to their feet as Malte Bremer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yuri Tavares. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Digo Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Mangueira in the 27th minute of play. Digo Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olavo Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Pé de Pano FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Cristóvão Branco hit a great ball. Nildo Neves struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
