Itahype's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Camacandi AD getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Róbson Arce hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Jailson Favoretto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benjamim Pernambucano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nildo Tasso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. If Eliézer Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Itahype's Délio Salles got control of the ball when Claudinei Porto tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Breckenfeld in the 83rd minute of play forced Camacandi AD's goalkeeper Benjamim Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Itahype's Giovani Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliézer Pombal in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Délio Salles saved Itahype from getting behind. In the 95th minute, Ademar Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Camacandi AD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
