The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Cumaruma SC booed when CINEFLIX FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson Maranhense didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 10th minute when Cipriano da Cunha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Cipriano da Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cesinha Valle made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Cipriano da Cunha sent off a good shot on target. Hermínio Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha Valle having to interfere. If Cipriano da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Cesinha Valle managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when CINEFLIX FC's Cipriano da Cunha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alexsandro Furtado scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgard Rosado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cacá Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Rosado having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, CINEFLIX FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexsandro Furtado came free, but Edgard Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cumaruma SC's Cesinha Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Cumaruma SC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Cumaruma SC defense, Hermínio Linhares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cesinha Valle. The Cumaruma SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesinha Valle should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexsandro Furtado made a kick off. CINEFLIX FC's Edgard Rosado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save CINEFLIX FC from getting a goal against them. Cesinha Valle didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when CINEFLIX FC's Cipriano da Cunha shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Edgard Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Neto in the 57th minute of play. Cesinha Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermínio Linhares in the 60th minute of the match. Cesinha Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Cipriano da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha Valle having to interfere. Marcinho Arantes hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. CINEFLIX FC's Cipriano da Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cesinha Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 82 played minutes Cumaruma SC got a freekick which was hit by Alex Neto. Cipriano da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cesinha Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano da Cunha in the 94th minute of the match. The supporters of Cumaruma SC booed when CINEFLIX FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugênio Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the CINEFLIX FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
