Alexandre Nóbrega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Lima in the 3rd minute of play. Diogo Paulista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rony Castro. Umburanas SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 9th minute, Dorian Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandre Nóbrega was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sandrinho Pitta struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Rony Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for True Love FC. In the 14th match minute, Umburanas SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. Sandro Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Alexandre Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hélio Mattos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Waldir Marques struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Alexandre Nóbrega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Umburanas SS. If Geovanni de Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dagoberto Baiano hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. True Love FC's Alexandre Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Marques in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Lima in the 35th minute of play forced True Love FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio Mattos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Umburanas SS's goalkeeper Rony Castro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Pitta. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

51 minutes into the match, True Love FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Lima came free, but Alexandre Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind True Love FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Nóbrega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vito Urbano kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 63 played minutes True Love FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Paraíba. A collision led to True Love FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Luisão de Andrade hit a great ball. If Geovanni de Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th match minute, True Love FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisão de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Rony Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélio Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sandro Lima came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Umburanas SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Lima couldn't finish the play. If Dorian Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Leandro Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Umburanas SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Nogueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Nóbrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandre Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Waldir Marques sent off a good shot on target. Sandro Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Alexandre Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in True Love FC's zone, Leandro Nogueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Nóbrega came out of the goal and Leandro Nogueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre Nóbrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sandrinho Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Joaquim Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandro Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Nóbrega having to make a save. Umburanas SS played a much better game than True Love FC and deserved their victory. The True Love FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
