Spectators: 6817 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when José Vítor Paranaense made the kick off which started today's match. Didi Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dino Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes in the game, Didi Amaral fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Osmar Dias having to interfere. Dinei Quaresma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Dias having to interfere. When Dinei Quaresma came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Gremyo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinei Quaresma couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Fahrenheit FC booed when Gremyo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinei Quaresma didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gremyo's Dino Teixeira got a free kick in the 24th minute. Didi Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute Didi Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osmar Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Fahrenheit FC's goal looked a bit too open when Didi Amaral came free, but Osmar Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Fahrenheit FC defense, Didi Amaral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osmar Dias. The Fahrenheit FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osmar Dias should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Fahrenheit FC's zone, Didi Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osmar Dias came out of the goal and Didi Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dinei Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Didi Amaral made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Simão Guimarães kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edward Gondek. That made the score 2-1 in the 54 minute of play. Dinei Quaresma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the game, Gremyo's Didi Amaral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osmar Dias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 69 minutes into the match, Didi Amaral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osmar Dias. Fahrenheit FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Didi Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Josué Alcântara's late challenge caught a Gremyo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josué Alcântara helped the player get up and apologised. 72 minutes into the match, Gremyo's Reginaldo Toscano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Didi Amaral took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osmar Dias. Osmar Dias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Dino Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Osmar Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Quaresma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Didi Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Fahrenheit FC's goal looked a bit too open when Didi Amaral came free, but Osmar Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arí Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Osmar Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Gremyo were the better team. Gremyo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
