Benjamin Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Eduardo Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Ibrahy AD's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Santana came free, but Benjamin Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elias Amaral came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibrahy AD's Geovânio Bertassi. But to his dismay, Geovânio Bertassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 21 minutes, Davi de Mendonça mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibrahy AD and the san andreas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elias Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi de Mendonça in the 26th minute of the match. If Lenílson de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in san andreas's zone, Geovânio Bertassi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Amaral came out of the goal and Geovânio Bertassi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Mathias Santana made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Eduardo Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Carneiro having to interfere. When san andreas's Mathias Santana in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Benjamin Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias Santana's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginaldo do Vale in the 77th minute of play forced san andreas's goalkeeper Elias Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, san andreas's Mathias Santana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Carneiro. Benjamin Carneiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Geovânio Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Elias Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of san andreas booed when Ibrahy AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vito Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute of the match Egídio Pitta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Carneiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ibrahy AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
