Yenal Şaki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Marc Lilja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mangalot A. C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mariquita the free kick. Marc Lilja kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mariquita's Dênis Ferraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Mariquita from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Mariquita getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eliézer Sousa hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Váldson Negri got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Mariquita's zone, Marc Lilja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dênis Ferraz came out of the goal and Marc Lilja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Váldson Negri came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dênis Ferraz could save by the left post. After 21 played minutes, Mangalot A. C's Manoel Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dênis Ferraz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mangalot A. C reached it. In the 22nd minute, Váldson Negri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mangalot A. C's zone, Nilton Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yenal Şaki came out of the goal and Nilton Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Váldson Negri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mangalot A. C's supporters rose to their feet, but Váldson Negri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dênis Ferraz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariquita's Téo Corrêa got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Mariquita's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marc Lilja fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Mariquita's Dênis Ferraz got control of the ball when Váldson Negri tried to sneak it across the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 58th minute, Amadeu Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariquita's Dênis Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Negri in the 76th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, Mangalot A. C's Marc Lilja made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dênis Ferraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute, Váldson Negri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dênis Ferraz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Dênis Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Váldson Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Váldson Negri took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dênis Ferraz. Dênis Ferraz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dênis Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Lilja in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mangalot A. C had played much better football throughout.
