Spectators: 7054 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 70) Edinho da Rocha made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Edinho da Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dito Rossi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Edinho da Rocha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dito Rossi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Haroldo Paranaense fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flacandói FC's protests and gave Haroldo Paranaense a yellow card for diving instead. Haroldo Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Luís Guilherme Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dito Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, FENGOLINO F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Sá to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, Chico Saldanha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flacandói FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FENGOLINO F. C. the free kick. Chico Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Wanderson Peres made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Jeferson Goiano sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Flacandói FC booed when FENGOLINO F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Haroldo Paranaense made the kick off in the second half. Dito Rossi came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FENGOLINO F. C.'s Edinho da Rocha. But to his dismay, Edinho da Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Haroldo Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edinho da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, FENGOLINO F. C.'s Edinho da Rocha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Dito Rossi made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Luís Guilherme Abreu sent off a good shot on target. Luís Fábio Dantas hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Haroldo Paranaense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 minutes, Zé Augusto Baptista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FENGOLINO F. C. and the Flacandói FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edinho da Rocha took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dito Rossi. Dito Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edinho da Rocha in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dito Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edinho da Rocha struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Dito Rossi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENGOLINO F. C.. The crowd rose to their feet as Edinho da Rocha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dito Rossi. That made the score 0-8 in the 89 minute of play. If Luís Guilherme Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Flacandói FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FENGOLINO F. C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
