Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Percy Abraão started the match with the kick off. Amadeu Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Guga Pires made a huge save. Pracinha SC's Guga Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perivaldo da Mata in the 6th minute of play. Percy Abraão had several of the Pracinha SC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Guga Pires as he didn't even see the shot coming. Amadeu Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Léo Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perivaldo Nascimento in the 18th minute of play. Amadeu Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga Pires having to interfere. Guga Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy Abraão in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Pracinha SC's goalkeeper Guga Pires had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeu Monteiro. After a defensive mix-up in Pracinha SC's zone, Percy Abraão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guga Pires came out of the goal and Percy Abraão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Pracinha SC defense, Amadeu Monteiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guga Pires. The Pracinha SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guga Pires should have stopped the shot. Léo Negri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perivaldo Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Léo Negri came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Pracinha SC's Perivaldo Nascimento. But to his dismay, Perivaldo Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Amadeu Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Percy Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga Pires having to interfere. Horácio Bittencourt charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horácio Bittencourt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pracinha SC's Horácio Bittencourt got a free kick in the 44th minute. Guga Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percy Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Cléberson Araújo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Luís Eduardo Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tauapecassu AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Eduardo Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guga Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeu Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga Pires having to interfere. Amadeu Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Guga Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Percy Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Guga Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Percy Abraão in the 70th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Pracinha SC got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Medeiros. Guga Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Percy Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tostão França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Negri having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Perivaldo da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tauapecassu AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perivaldo da Mata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Pracinha SC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Armindo Andrade hit a great ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Amadeu Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tauapecassu AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeu Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Armindo Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pracinha SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tauapecassu AD the free kick. Armindo Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Percy Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga Pires having to interfere. 100 minutes into the match, Pracinha SC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Monteiro came free, but Guga Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tauapecassu AD had played much better football throughout.
