Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benedito Maranhense kicked off to start the match. In the 5th match minute, Uruana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Simões to maneuver through the defense. Uruana's Tiaguinho Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Ekain in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Benedito Maranhense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruana's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedito Maranhense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugênio Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugênio Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to SE Stifler getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ivan Ekain hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Adelino Saldanha made a precise shot to the right of Tiaguinho Magalhães. Uruana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 37 minutes into the match, Uruana's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Ekain came free, but Tiaguinho Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SE Stifler's Eugênio Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico da Fonseca in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Uruana's Gilberto Valladares seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gilberto Valladares the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Uruana protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gilberto Valladares had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 42 played minutes Uruana got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Valladares. Adelino Saldanha, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vítor Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Ekain to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Ivan Ekain made a precise shot to the right of Tiaguinho Magalhães. Uruana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 62 minutes into the match, Vítor Pires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugênio Nogueira. SE Stifler's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítor Pires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. A collision led to Uruana getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Fiori Simões hit a great ball. Tiaguinho Magalhães came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Stifler's Ivan Ekain. But to his dismay, Ivan Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Ivan Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nico da Fonseca charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nico da Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Uruana getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Nico da Fonseca hit a great ball. Tiaguinho Magalhães came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Stifler's Ivan Ekain. But to his dismay, Ivan Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruana's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiaguinho Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Ekain in the 89th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Ekain in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Ivan Ekain ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiaguinho Magalhães was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1.
