The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hamílton Freire was the one to do the kick off. The Paulista F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Paulista F.C.'s Tostão Santos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Aratingauba FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tostão Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Paulista F.C. had played much better football throughout.
