With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Rosado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Onos FC defense, Cristóvão Lago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Pedro Rosado. The Onos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Pedro Rosado should have stopped the shot. When Mario Kart ®'s Iuri Britto in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Onos FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Onos FC's goalkeeper João Pedro Rosado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iuri Britto in the 46th minute of play forced Onos FC's goalkeeper João Pedro Rosado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cauan Hoffmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mario Kart ®'s Michel Vianna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Eger in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Iuri Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mario Kart ®'s supporters rose to their feet, but Iuri Britto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Pedro Rosado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Iuri Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Onos FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. André Luís Donato hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Onos FC's zone, Iuri Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Rosado came out of the goal and Iuri Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 69 minutes, Cristóvão Lago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mario Kart ®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristóvão Lago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute Cauan Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Eger in the 75th minute of play forced Mario Kart ®'s goalkeeper Michel Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
