Sydney Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Germano Lucas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sydney Moura. Los Bacanas F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Germano Lucas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Germano Lucas in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sydney Moura, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lúcio Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alain Pastor fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Bacanas F.C.'s protests and gave Alain Pastor a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Bacanas F.C.'s Alain Pastor got a free kick in the 25th minute. 52 minutes into the match, Itapirucu's Nicolas Freitas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sydney Moura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lúcio Moura in the 54th minute of play forced Los Bacanas F.C.'s goalkeeper Sydney Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Bacanas F.C.'s Sydney Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Lucas in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lúcio Moura in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sydney Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lúcio Moura struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. In the 73rd match minute, Itapirucu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Freitas to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Lúcio Moura left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itapirucu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 84th minute, Alain Pastor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Germano Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademir Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Itapirucu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
