Róbson Miranda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cássio Marques showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 77 minute of play. When Flavinho da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Martele FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavinho da Cunha couldn't finish the play. Manoel Negri's late challenge caught a MonteReal EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manoel Negri helped the player get up and apologised. 88 minutes into the match, Ademir Vasconcelos sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Róbson Miranda threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Ademir Vasconcelos this time. Cássio Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Flavinho da Cunha notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of MonteReal EC's Sílvio Luiz Dantas.
