Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vitinho de Senna started the match with the kick off. When Murilo Vianna fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nonohay FC's protests and gave Murilo Vianna a yellow card for diving instead. Percival de Amaral's late challenge caught a 11 Dourados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Percival de Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, one of 11 Dourados:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 11 Dourados. With an all-out effort, Nonohay FC's Celsinho Santos threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Doriva Loyola, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Doriva Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Santos having to interfere. When Oséas das Neves came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Nonohay FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oséas das Neves couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind 11 Dourados's goalkeeper Celsinho Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Doriva Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doriva Loyola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celsinho Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play.

Nonohay FC's João Francisco Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Doriva Loyola notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of 11 Dourados's Celsinho Santos. Celsinho Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Murilo Vianna got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Murilo Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Delfim Favoretto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juvenal Maciel firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Nonohay FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. João Francisco Azevedo hit a great ball. Oséas das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente de Toledo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oséas das Neves in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celsinho Santos saved 11 Dourados from getting behind. After 77 minutes of play, Nonohay FC's Oséas das Neves made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celsinho Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oséas das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Santos having to interfere. Jorge Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celsinho Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oséas das Neves's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The supporters of Nonohay FC booed when 11 Dourados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Oséas das Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nonohay FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséas das Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celsinho Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Nonohay FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
