Luiz da Costa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luiz da Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Paraíba in the 29th minute of play. The Salmorao fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Salmorao's Gilvan Souto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 41st match minute, 4kFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Gustavo Prado to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Monteiro in the 47th minute of play forced Salmorao's goalkeeper Paulão Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Paraíba, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Monteiro in the 84th minute of play forced Salmorao's goalkeeper Paulão Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
