After a rather tough play, Reis FC's Washington de Carvalho got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 9 minutes, Marcos das Neves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elementars F.C and the Reis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Marcos das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cléber Leite blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Délio Coutinho having to make a save. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Cléber Leite elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Délio Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telmo Prado in the 21st minute of the match. Délio Coutinho had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Cléber Leite from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 23rdth minute of the game Cléber Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reis FC's Délio Coutinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Ademir Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademir Vieira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th match minute, Reis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Koehler to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rdth minute of the game Cléber Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reis FC's Délio Coutinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Cléber Leite put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Délio Coutinho. Cléber Leite struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Délio Coutinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elementars F.C. If Cléber Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cléber Leite in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Délio Coutinho saved Reis FC from getting behind. Délio Coutinho made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Cléber Leite sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cléber Leite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Délio Coutinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Telmo Prado went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reis FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Elementars F.C a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Maurício Penha, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Reis FC's Délio Coutinho. 4-0. The audience was convinced that Cléber Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Délio Coutinho was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Armando Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Elementars F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! The referee gave Reis FC a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eduardo Trigo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Elementars F.C's Yan Mendonça. 4-1. Cléber Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Délio Coutinho came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Elementars F.C's Cléber Leite. But to his dismay, Cléber Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 89thth minute of the game Cléber Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reis FC's Délio Coutinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Washington de Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reis FC's protests and gave Washington de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. Aírton Motta charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aírton Motta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Aírton Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96thth minute of the game Cléber Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reis FC's Délio Coutinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 100th minute Cléber Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Délio Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Elementars F.C were the better team. Elementars F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
