Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Guto Salgado made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Guto Salgado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Angelo Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Sidnei Silveira sped through Athletic Paulistano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diamantino Souto. Paulinho da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Diamantino Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A collision led to Nhecolandia getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Edson de Andrade hit a great ball. Athletic Paulistano's Diamantino Souto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Athletic Paulistano from getting a goal against them. Diamantino Souto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guto Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Nhecolandia fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Nhecolandia's Sidnei Silveira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Angelo Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Souto having to interfere. Angelo Castro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diamantino Souto came out and tried to block the shot, but Angelo Castro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 27th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Nhecolandia's Zé Roberto Saraiva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Souto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 37 minutes of play, Nhecolandia's Sidnei Silveira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diamantino Souto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Angelo Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diamantino Souto was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Diamantino Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guto Salgado in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

54 minutes into the match, Athletic Paulistano's goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Silveira came free, but Diamantino Souto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guto Salgado in the 56th minute of play forced Athletic Paulistano's goalkeeper Diamantino Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antônio Pernambucano charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antônio Pernambucano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Athletic Paulistano getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Antônio Pernambucano hit a great ball. Zé Roberto Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Diamantino Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diamantino Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Castro in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Silveira in the 67th minute of play forced Athletic Paulistano's goalkeeper Diamantino Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 minutes, Guto Salgado made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Athletic Paulistano's Diamantino Souto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Diamantino Souto came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Nhecolandia's Angelo Castro. But to his dismay, Angelo Castro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Carlos Ceresso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Diamantino Souto. Athletic Paulistano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sidnei Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nhecolandia's Samuel Loyola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Nhecolandia from getting a goal against them. Angelo Castro hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Zé Roberto Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Diamantino Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Sidnei Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nhecolandia's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidnei Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Souto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuel Loyola made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Charles Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. Samuel Loyola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles Azevedo in the 94th minute. A collision led to Athletic Paulistano getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Paulinho da Costa hit a great ball.
