Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nico Brito kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Gravatá's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Pires came free, but Flavinho Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Brito in the 6th minute of play forced Gravatá's goalkeeper Flavinho Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cláudio Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Coelho in the 17th minute. The long shot by Wellington Guedes in the 19th minute really tested Cláudio Toledo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Conrado Goiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nico Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nico Brito in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavinho Ribeiro saved Gravatá from getting behind. 32 minutes in the game, Diamantino Aguiar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cláudio Toledo having to interfere. Flavinho Ribeiro came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Xilili's Afonso Guerra. But to his dismay, Afonso Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Nico Brito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavinho Ribeiro was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. When Nico Brito came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Xilili fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nico Brito couldn't finish the play. After having played for 47 minutes, Conrado Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xilili's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Goiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Diamantino Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. Nico Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Flavinho Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Gravatá's Flavinho Ribeiro got control of the ball when Conrado Goiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Cristiano Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nico Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Nico Brito lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Flavinho Ribeiro. Conrado Goiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Flavinho Ribeiro made a huge save. After 76 minutes, Teodoro Paranaense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xilili and the Gravatá players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Teodoro Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Goiano struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Flavinho Ribeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xilili. Conrado Goiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conrado Goiano was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Nico Brito charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nico Brito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nico Brito hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Xilili's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
